The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes. My real estate experience is quite extensive. I've worked with all capacity of buyers and sellers and I've represented all of them very well resulting in high return business. I've represented first time home buyers, sellers, sellers who are negative in equity (short sales), investors, move up buyers, corporate owners, and much more. I have been party to over 750 real estate transactions during my career, which will represent my hard work, dedication and ability to price and manage transactions to a smooth and easy close. I strive to have good consistent communication with all parties in the transaction, this always helps to make a home sale EASY & FUN! 

In addition to holding my real estate broker license since 2006, I've originated home mortgage financing for almost two years with the nations largest lender. I helped homeowners refinance for a lower rate or purchase new homes.  While working as a Home Mortgage Consultant I consistently received five star reviews and repeat business from previous clients. 

As a Washington native, having lived all over the state from Wenatchee, Kingston, Seattle and Everett I know the area very well. I currently live in South Snohomish county with my beautiful daughter Ashlyn and our two pups Ted & Max.  We spend our family time camping, vacationing (our favorite places are Hawaii, So Cal, Arizona & Vegas!), attending Nascar races, and being outdoors as much as possible.
